Section 1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 7cx77 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://7cx77.cam and all associated services, features and content.

Section 6 Deposits & Payments

Section 9 Betting & Gaming Rules

Section 10 Prohibited Conduct

Section 12 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from gross negligence, or for fraud, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Section 13 Responsible Gambling

Section 14 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the user account and this Agreement at any time:

• By 7cx77: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our reasonable discretion, including but not limited to cases of Terms violations, suspected fraud, multi-accounting, or failure to complete required KYC verification.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to self-exclude for responsible-gambling reasons may request a temporary or permanent exclusion. Self-excluded accounts will not be re-opened during the exclusion period.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability and governing law clauses — will continue in full force.

Section 15 Amendments to Terms

7cx77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any provision of these Terms at any time without prior notice, subject to the following:

Section 16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gambling license.
